You send a Newsletter mainly because you have something to share, because of that it wouldn't have to be so difficult to select a target group. Write a long introduction, sixty to eighty percent stops reading when there is too much text in a newsletter.
Its also recommended to not type a large text under one article, when you do so you remove the complete effect of a newsletter. Short brief texts are important in a newsletter, its much better to link to a certain webpage on your website with the information that you want to give to your customer. People stop reading when there is to much text in a letter. The goal is offcourse that contacts read your newsletter.

How do I classify the newsletter into articles?

You can do this by clicking on the tab articles. Here you can add as much article as you want. In every article you can add one title, one link, one image and offcourse a text. When you click on the button save the article will be added. The article will look like the above viewed screenshot when send. To check what the newsletter looks like you can click on addressing and select Preview in the radio box. Save afterwards and the newsletter will be send to the e-mail account of the administrator.

... At first it is not recommended to directly sell something using the newsletter module. That's why its called a newsletter and not a promotion brochure(SPAM). Promotions are often not accepted by your contacts. Result is that the newsletter will be deleted without being read. What you can do is indirectly sell something. Make a text that informs you customer about new products without being pushy. You can gain the interest of the client, without using Strong promotions. When doing so you will excite the customer without irritating him...

You probably added a paragraph by pressing Enter after the last word that you have typed in the text. No problem, You can easily fix this by clicking on the HTML button. Now you are in the HTML editor. Here you are strongly recommended to not delete anything you don't have to, because there is a risk that you lose the complete text. The code

stands for open paragraph and the code

stands for closing paragraph. These are Tags you want to delete by selecting them individually and pressing backspace. Afterwards press apply. When you have done this correctly the "full story" link should be placed right after the last word you typed.
