A structured ranging of your files and images saves you a lot of time when you have to use a image for a second time. Be sure to categorise the different images. Just like on your own computer you are able to create maps in CMSv2 and give them a name. By using this method you can quickly and efficiently find the images you need to use, without loading unnecessary images.
